1: Is the Yoke USB Plug and Play ?

Yes it is. Plug in a USB cable and you are ready to fly.

2: Does it come with USB cable ?

No. USB cable is extra, since every cockpit setup is different. Some customers require short cables some require longer and some prefer different colors to match individual setup theme.

3: What does the Warranty Cover ?

Aircraft Controls Engineering (ACE) warrants our products against defects in materials or workmanship for one year. ACE will (at it's option) either repair or replace equipment at no charge (shipping extra) to include the following components:

  • Cables
  • Springs
  • Dampers
  • Internal wiring
  • Internal castings

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, unreasonable use, neglect, alterations, improper service, improper installation, improper connections with peripherals or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Any service or repair provided outside the scope of this limited warranty shall be at ACE rates and terms in effect.

Parts excluded after the one year.

  • Decals
  • USB Module
  • Knobs
  • Levers
  • Finishes
  • All Switches
  • Electronics (not broken by abuse)
  • potentiometers

4: Can I repair the product myself ?

No. You require written approval via email by Ace staff for any individual repairs.
Unauthorized repair also including opening, Tempering with any ACE products will not be covered by our Warranty terms. All Repairs, Upgrades and Modifications must be Approved by ACE Staff.

5: Which Shipping service do you use ?

All of our shipment are via Canada post Xpress Post. Except for U.S.A and Australia, for which we use Fedex and U.P.S. If you have different requirements we will try our best to accommodate you. We always work with our customers for the best possible solution.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept most creditcards, direct payment to our bank, bankwire, T/T etc. We do not accept personal checks. Please look for payment possibilites at the shopping area on our website.

6: Shipment Requirements to the U.S.A

United States Border Services requires that all items shipping from Canada to the United States must show the TAX ID or Social Security Number for the Importer of Record. This is mandatory and must be on the Commercial Invoice and the Worldwide Services Waybill. When shipping to US Businesses, the business TAX ID is required, and when shipping to individuals, the SSN is required. For additional information regarding new procedures that are in effect as of October 1st, 2004, please visit the U.S. Border Services Agency Web site You may also download the Official Customs Directive.

• The guarantee is extended to two years.

• Commercial grade Gas Dampers are used for Centering and Static Control Loading , Resulting in a real life like Control feel.

• The overall benefit of the commercial range Yokes is that they can be used and sold as being part of the commercial Product such as a FTD, FBT, Commercial Simulator.
