Shipping requirements to the U.S.A.
United States Border Services requires that all items shipping from Canada to the United States must show the TAX ID or Social Security Number for the Importer of Record. This is mandatory and must be on the Commercial Invoice and the Worldwide Services Waybill. When shipping to US Businesses, the business TAX ID is required, and when shipping to individuals, the SSN is required. Anyone found to be using hobby items in a commercial enterprise will receive no support or warranty of any kind and further sales will be restricted.
The above statement does not apply to any product listed as "Commercial". These are products specifically developed for the commercial market and carry a different warranty and support package.
As the importer of record, you should be aware that your shipment may incur customs & duties, and that your local delivery agent may apply additional fees for handling the customs process. We have no control over duties and taxes that your government may impose, or handling fees your local delivery agent may apply. Any additional duties/taxes/fees are payable upon receipt of the package, usually to the local delivery agent.
The sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 90 days of purchase will be for replacement. In no event shall the liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall ACE (Aircraft Controls Engineering) be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and not capable of being tested.
Merchandise returns are subject to the terms outlined below. Replacement or repair of the product shall be at ACE discretion.

Please contact support to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product.
Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of the original invoice date and need to be in original packaging.
